Content plays a pivotal role to ensure we have high-quality content for the millions of shoppers who trust Flipp to help them make a smart shopping decision every week.

Growth & Mentorship

  • Mentors: Work with dedicated coaches who create a pipeline for internal growth, clearly defining your goals and contribution to the business!
  • Content Operations Lead Mentorship Program: Partner with a team lead and explore lead roles! Work on acquiring new skills during weekly 1:1 sessions.

  • Iron Sharpens Iron (ISI) sessions: Participate in monthly sessions with leads. Participate in simulated scenario-based exercises and receive feedback!

  • Testing Sessions: Share new content ideas for the Flipp app using the Content Testing Engine. See your work come to life! 

Team Collaboration & Strategy Sessions

Join your team for 1 hour a week, learn from each other and collaborate on all things strategy!

Innovative Technology

Use innovative technology such as Connect Team, Clickup, Jira and Fidel for task management and strategic enablement.

Flyer Operations Hackathon

Experience a full-day hackathon- Pitch your own ideas or challenges to the company (including Flipp executives)!
