Our PBP’s also focus on strategic guidance on topics like workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations. They play a vital role in shaping the future of the business while crafting and upholding our culture.
Talent Development
Our Talent Development team drives innovation by empowering employees to grow and lead with confidence. Through carefully designed programs, they promote continuous learning and meaningful career advancement, fostering growth and inspiring success across all levels of the organization.
People Operations
Our People Operations team create the systems and processes that make a positive user experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle at Flipp. Supporting the day-to-day needs of Flippers organization-wide, the team operates with a strategic vision to ideate on future initiatives and programs that better the employee experience.
Talent Acquisition
Our Talent Acquisition team attracts, discovers, and hires top talent. They curate strategic hiring processes, build employer brands, and use their expertise to carefully select optimal candidates who drive sustainable growth and foster long-term success.
Total Rewards
Our Total Rewards team designs and administers market-informed and performance-oriented compensation and benefits programs that work to attract, retain, and motivate our Flippers.
