Purpose

This guide is to inform you of our standard lead times and priority turnaround times during the regular and holiday season.

Flyer Processing Timelines

Below is an outline of our standard lead times and the expected turnarounds times for net new ads. The Flipp team will work with your team to accelerate timelines where possible; however, these guidelines will vary during peak season (e.g. Black Friday). We understand that urgency during these times are crucial, however, some processes may be longer due to capacity and resources. Any late files or urgent requests that come in will be assessed on case by case basis.

NEW REQUESTS

  • Variables affecting timelines may include # of pages, products, and versions as well as potential customizations.
  • Please note that timelines can be expedited for static publication processing
  • Net new urgent processing request timelines will be determined on a case-by-case basis pending resource availability. We will adhere to Expedited Processing Times below where possible during peak season.

CHANGE REQUESTS

The following updates are considered Priority 1 and require immediate Urgent Priority 1 change request timelines may vary however; we will do our best to adhere to the Expedited Processing Times projections outlined below during peak season only (e.g. Black Friday).
