Our team is always connected with each other, and being so connected gives us the freedom to work from home when we need to without missing anything that’s going on at the office. At the end of the day, it’s about what you get done, not where you’re doing it.
Snacks and Coffee
We want to make sure that the team is fully fueled for the day, so we provide complimentary snacks and coffee. We have a fully stocked fridge with an assortment of healthy and fun snacks, including fruits and vegetables, protein bars, nuts, chips, and drinks.
We have family lunch every Friday. This is a time for us to sit down, relax, and enjoy a great meal together. We like to try new dishes and are always open to suggestions from the team, but we have our favourites too, including Burritos, Indian, and Chinese.
While we provide a standard three weeks of vacation on all of our offers (to make our lawyers happy), we actually have a freedom and responsibility based vacation policy.
That means our team members have the flexibility to take vacation time whenever they want. We know that, like Indy-race cars, the faster you drive a car the more pit stops you need, so our coaches are happy to approve vacation time when team members need some R&R.
Parental Leave Top Up
We love kids and we believe that parents need to spend time with their little ones. For new dads, we provide up to 4 weeks of paid paternity leave, and new moms receive up to 26 weeks of paid maternity leave. This also applies to adoptive parents.
