Our interview process is designed to be conversational, it is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to get to know Flipp. Questions are behavioural-based, which will allow you to showcase your skills, experience and passion. Does Flipp have a co-op program, and how can I apply?

Yes, please visit our Early Talent page to learn more. Students must be enrolled in a university, college or post grad program. You can apply through Flipp Careers or on your school’s career portal.

We hire early talent for technical and non technical positions. This inlcudes: Marketing, Content, Finance, External Partnerships and Engineering.

We have two different workstreams. Non-technical opportunities (Marketing, Content, Finance, External Partnerships, and People) begin in the Winter, Summer and Fall and last 4 to 8 months. Our Technical opportunities (Engineering) begin in the Summer and last 12 to 16 months. To see more information on these dates, click here.
